Built for tire-fill machine fleets

Every tire you fill, measured and in view.

FillTrax turns each fill cycle your machines report into live status, production insights, daily reports and alerts, across every machine and location. Ask it a question in plain English and it answers from your own data.

01

Connect

Each machine gets its own license and API key and reports every cycle, live over HTTPS or from the CSV logs it already writes, sent from a PC or by email.

02

Watch and dig in

The Overview shows today at a glance; Insights, Reports and the assistant answer the follow-up questions.

03

Hear about problems

A machine that stops mid-shift, goes quiet or slows down shows up in the notification bell or your inbox, once.

Everything a fill operation needs to see.

From the cycle a machine just finished to last quarter's trend, in one place.

Every machine, live.

Running, idle, stopped or not reporting, who's operating it, today's tires and pump rate, and cycles per hour. Pages update on their own as cycles arrive.

Insights across any range.

Trends, a machine scorecard, operators and shifts over 24 hours to 90 days, filtered by location or machine. Breaks and away time are shaded, so gaps read at a glance.

Fill accuracy and giveaway.

Set each machine's rated pump rate and fill tolerance. See how many fills land on target, and how many pounds went into tires over target.

Operators by name.

Machines report an operator ID with each cycle; name them once and every report shows people, with each operator's pace against the rest.

Shifts that match your floor.

Set up 3 × 8, 2 × 12 or staggered shifts in a few clicks. Production and utilization are measured per shift, against its scheduled time.

Reports that write themselves.

A printable summary for any range, a daily report for every day that you can page through, and CSV exports of every cycle, machine, operator and shift.

Alerts, sent once.

A machine stopped mid-shift, gone quiet, sending rejected readings or running slow lands in the notification bell or your inbox, plus a daily summary at 7 AM. Each person picks what they get.

Every location, one account.

Locations each keep their own timezone and shifts, and every time is shown in yours. Built for dealers too: each customer account is kept separate, under the partner who supports it.

Easy to pick up.

A guided tour walks new users through every part of the app, and a shared demo login lets anyone look around with sample data.

Ask FillTrax

Ask it anything. Have it do the busywork.

An AI assistant built into the dashboard. Ask a quick question from the Overview or any page, or keep a longer conversation going in its own tab.

Which machines need attention right now?
Two do:
  • Filler 5 at Plant B stopped during the Day shift; its last cycle was at 1:55 PM.
  • Filler 3 is pumping 17% slower than its 7-day average.

Answers from your own data.

Who was fastest this week, which machine needs attention, what yesterday's giveaway was.It looks it up; it doesn't guess.

Does what you can do.

Add a location and its shifts, name operators, invite a teammate, change alerts, email a report or start a CSV download. It checks with you before changing anything.

Careful with what matters.

Deleting or removing anything gets a red confirmation that spells out the consequence, and several changes can be approved one by one or all at once.

Only ever as far as you can go.

It works through the same permissions as the dashboard, and every change it makes is in the audit log, marked as done through the assistant.

Secrets stay secret.

It can't change passwords, and a new machine API key goes to your screen only, never to the AI.

Yours to switch off.

Conversations are saved for each person to revisit, and anyone can turn the assistant off for themselves in one click.

Connect any machine, new or old.

Machines send what they can: every cycle as it happens, or the CSV logs they write today, from a PC beside the machine or by email. However the data arrives, the same row is never counted twice.

For connected machines

Live, over HTTPS

The machine, or a gateway beside it, posts each cycle as it finishes with its own API key.

  • Every reading checked on arrival, with clear reasons for any rejected
  • Readings resent after a dropped connection are never double-counted
  • Pause a machine's feed without touching its key

For machines without a network

From the CSV logs it already writes

A small Windows program watches the folder the machine logs to and sends new rows on its own.

  • Nothing to install; runs on Windows 7 through 11
  • Setup is picking the folder and confirming the columns
  • Catches up after an outage, and can start with Windows

For systems that can send email

By email

Each machine gets its own private FillTrax address. Its system emails the CSV log there, attached or in the message.

  • Nothing to install at the machine
  • Send the whole log every time; only new rows are added
  • Each email's result shown on the machine's page

For history and catch-up

A one-time import

Upload a CSV exported from the machine, see exactly how it will read, and import it.

  • Columns detected for you, and adjustable
  • Preview with problem rows called out by line
  • Undo an import in one click

Alerts that fit how data arrives. A live machine that stops for half an hour mid-shift is flagged. A machine whose logs come in once a day isn't: FillTrax watches its uploader or its emails instead and only speaks up if they go quiet for longer than you allow.

Access control and accountability, built in.

Everyone sees and changes only what their role allows, and you always know who changed what, and when.

  • Owner, admin and viewer roles on every page, action and assistant request
  • Each customer's data kept strictly separate, down to the database
  • One license and API key per machine; keys are stored hashed, shown once, and can be rotated
  • Every change written to an append-only audit log, including changes made through the assistant
